Recently, micro-/nano-fluidics have been becoming one of the important research fields.With decrease of channel diameter to nanoscale, surface properties of the channel will change significantly, i.e., increase of fluidic resistance and viscosity, decline of fluidic dielectric constant and overlap of double layer.Therefore, the molecular behavior and reactions defined in such nanoscaled system will change as compared to traditional cases.The recent research interest in this field focuses on the fabrication, properties and applications of the micro-/nano-fluidics occupy the present research.
