　　Segmental arterial mediolysis(SAM)is a rare condition characterized by vacuolization and lysis of the arterial smooth muscle and formation of true-or pseudoaneurysms that may spontaneously rupture,leading to massive and often fatal intraabdominal hemorrhage.
