　　Objective To make further research in the influence degree and mechanism of metabolic disorders by OSAHS and obesity, We made chronic intermittent hypoxia(CIH)animal modles and obesity animal modles to observe the changes of serum lipid levels,serum leptin levels and its receptor expression.
