The demand of cell convert efficiency is becoming much higher in the recent years.But single cell structure becomes less and less sufficient for the increasing efficiency demand,so structure combination becomes popular and necessary.In this paper we have successfully combined SE and MWT technologies together while still keeping the process flow rather simple.The final cell efficiency has been reached 19.8% in batch level.Module was made and 270Wp was achieved.
