　　Recur and high metastasis is the main obstacle to improve nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients survival rate.It is well known that Cancer Stem Cells (CSCs) involve in malignant tumor recur.However, the mechanism of CSCs differentiation to normal tumor cells is still in blur.The main purpose of this study is to isolate and characterize a CSCs likecell subpopulation with non-adherent sphere culture condition from poor differentiation human nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell line CNE-2.We also observed the characterization in different differentiation time point.
