Sports and leisure is human social practice and the combination is to derive a kind of special social subculture,namely,sports leisure culture.In this research From the angle of culturology,the foundation of university sports leisure culture can be divided into four levels of the material culture,system culture,behavior culture,spirit cultureand at the same time this study also analyzes the constituent elements of all levels.
