　　A series of novel sulfanilamide nitroimidazoles were synthesized via unique C-N cleavage of cyclic sulfanilamides by azole ring.Their structures were characterized by 1H NMR,13C NMR,IR,MS and HRMS spectra,and the single crystal of some compounds was successfully cultivated and X-ray diffraction measurement showed their precise structure.
