Direct solvers of Boltzmann kinetic models have been widely developed due to their efficiency in resolving near continuum flows,micro-scale flows and unsteady flows.In these approaches,the control equations are firstly discretized in the velocity space and casted into a system of partial differential equations which dependent on physical coordinates and time.
