白蚁肠道细菌多样性及中后肠细菌比较

  白蚁是自然界木质纤维素的主要分解者之一,白蚁和其肠道的多种微生物,在木质纤维素的降解过程中发挥重要作用.由于白蚁肠道微生物的不可培养性,微生物种类、数量及其具体作用都不清楚.本研究通过宏基因组16S rRNA测序,对高等培菌白蚁黄翅大白蚁中、后肠道的细菌多样性进行研究.结果发现后肠细菌数量和多样性明显高于中肠,后肠序列包含了16个门的细菌,而中肠只含有10个门的细菌.在中肠,多于96%的属于变形杆菌门,而后肠有三个优势菌门:拟杆菌门(56.7%),厚壁菌门(19.8%),蓝藻菌门(12.2%).从科水平进行比较,中肠细菌种类单一,接近95%的细菌都属于肠杆菌科.后肠细菌组成比较复杂,包括理研菌科、紫单胞菌科、毛螺菌科等8个科,值得注意的是约17%的后肠序列没有归类到科的水平,表明这些可能是未知细菌.本研究为后续进一步了解肠道微生物的作用奠定基础.
