Background:Circulating miRNAs have been considered as promising novel biomarkers for prognosis of cardiovascular diseases.The present study was aimed to evaluate the contribution ofplasma miRNAs regulating the biology of endothelium and smooth muscle cells or targeting PON1 and P2RY12 to the occurrence of major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE) and bleeding events in patients after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI).
