近年来,随着数字化网络信息的飞速发展,在学术交流系统中处于中介地位的图书馆受到了前所未有的挑战。在此背景下,借助文献调研及理论分析手段,在分析开放存取新学术出版环境下图书馆的发展现状和特点基础上,较系统地提出新学术出版环境下图书馆转型变革和创新发展的战略建议。研究发现,图书馆需要转变自身观念,积极宣传OA活动;制定并融入到数字化的发展战略中;走出图书馆,投身到用户中去;为用户提供更多的移动服务;积极创新学科服务和信息服务;整合OA资源和馆藏资源才能适应新学术出版环境的要求。
In recent years, with the rapid development of digital network information, libraries in the intermediary of academic exchange system have been hitherto unknown challenges. In this context, with the help of literature research and theoretical analysis, based on the analysis of the status quo and characteristics of the library under the new academic publishing environment of open access, we systematically put forward the transformation and innovation of the library in the new academic publishing environment Strategic advice.
