In-situ transmission electron microscopy(TEM)method is powerful in a way that it can directly correlate the atomic-scale structure with physical and chemical properties.In this presentation,we will report on the construction of the homemade in-situ TEM electrical and optical holders and their applications on nano research.Electrical transport of nanotubes [1] and optical and its tuned electromechanical properties of semiconductor nanowires [2] have been studied inside TEM.Oxygen vacancy electromigration and its induced resistance switching effect have been probed in Pr0.7Ca0.3MnO3 and CeO2 films [3].And the optical properties of carbon nanotubes [4] will be also included in this talk.
