This paper presents a case study on a company which developed an innovative e-services to support its management information system (MIS) requirements and customers needs.We elaborate the business ease,how an innovation was developed,the benefits to date and the key lessons learned.The paper describes the context for the project and detail process of the selection decision development,the general approach to the benefits case.A new business model was developed through the operation of the innovative information system.Every property management company is different but the challenges are similar,thus the innovative approach can be an appropriated reference for other companies.
