　　Renal artery thrombosis secondary to blunt abdominal trauma is distincdy rare.We report three cases of unilateral real artery thrombosis patients in our hospital and analyze its clinical diagnosis, therapeutic to the literature on the subject.In light of the classification of traumatic renal pedicle is not very distinct yet, we classify renal artery thrombosis for blunt abdominal trauma as a new classification of renal pedicle injury to pay their attention on its earlier diagnosis and more successful management.
