基于分配算法和支持向量机杂交法的疾病候选基因的快速筛选法

  微阵列数据具有高维、高噪音和小样本的特点,因此从微阵列数据中识别疾病候选基因是个挑战。本文中我们构建了一种将估计分布算法和支持向量机的相结合的筛选疾病关键基因的方法。我们将此方法应用于弥漫性大B淋巴瘤和肠癌表达谱数据,以便证实该方法识别关键表型的效能,同时,将该方法与另一种基于遗传算法和支持向量机耦合的方法进行了比较。结果显示,该方法为从大量基因表达数据中发现疾病候选基因提供了一种新的计算策略,筛选出的候选疾病基因将会对疾病的诊断与治疗提供帮助。
