Hydrochlorothiazide is diuretics, antihypertensive drug.Hypertension, cardiogenic edema, hepatic edema and renal edemas such as nephrotic syndrome, acute glomerular nephritis, chronic renal failure and adrenal cortical hormone and estrogen caused by excessive edema can be cured by hydrochlorothiazide.In a conventional LC-MS determination, as the plasma can not be cleaned at the preprocessing, there is the matrix interference problems, have some effect on sample recovery, which makes the following LC-MS detection is not accurate.In our study, a new SPE preparation method, the method Multi-Adsorption Reverse SPE (MAS) was applied to the analysis of drug metabolism.The method can be described as the interference impurities (proteins, phospholipids) of biological samples were almost adsorbed obtained by throughing the multiple functionalized adsorption material, at the same time, water soluble substance can be measured in the sample solution, and achieve the purposes of purification and enrichment.
