防盗门框是由普碳冷轧退火钢带通过辊系挤压弯曲制,成制作中出现主要缺陷为弯曲裂纹,引起用户的质量抱怨与索赔。通过对门框弯裂缺陷的案例分析,表明钢带退火不良、弯曲过变形、磷含量超标、辊系调整不当是引起弯裂的主要原因;从冶炼、退火到用户制作每一工序都可能引起最终产品弯裂。因此,对冷轧退火钢带弯裂缺陷的成因要具体问题具体分析。
