21世纪头二十年是我国新一轮铁路站房建设的重要发展阶段,在当前的社会环境和经济条件下,多地新建或改扩建的铁路站房从单一国铁站房转变为集国铁、地铁、长途客运、公交、出租车为一体的铁路综合枢纽。如何充分利用这样一个“铁路航母”所对应的庞大地下空间,在实现各种交通设施高效协同运作的同时,消除铁路客站对周边城市空间的割裂现象,成为一个日益为人们所关注的课题。以上海虹桥铁路枢纽、宁波南站交通枢纽等案例为基础,对特大型、大型铁路站房为核心所构成的不同规模铁路枢纽地下空间所匹配的综合开发模式进行梳理研究。
The first two decades of the 21st century is an important stage of development for the construction of a new round of railway station buildings in our country. Under the current social environment and economic conditions, a large number of railroad station buildings newly built or renovated and expanded have changed from a single railway station house to a national Railway, subway, long-distance passenger transport, bus, taxi as one of the railway hub. How to make full use of the vast underground space corresponding to such a “railway carrier” has become an issue of increasing concern, while realizing the efficient and coordinated operation of various transportation facilities and at the same time eliminating the segregation of railway stations from the surrounding urban space . Based on the cases of Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Hub and Ningbo South Railway Station and other transportation hubs, a comprehensive development pattern matching the underground space of different scale railway hubs formed by the large-scale and large-scale railway station houses is studied.
