徐州某火电厂水泵房建成于20世纪70年代末期,由于服役时间较久,构筑物已有一定劣化、破损。考虑到水泵房后续使用的安全性,对该构筑物主体结构的工作环境、外观质量、钢筋混凝土构件的混凝土碳化深度及抗压强度、钢筋分布和保护层厚度、钢筋锈蚀等进行了全面的检测,并依据相应的检测结果及规范对其主体结构进行了设计复核。在此基础上,对水泵房主体结构的安全性进行了综合评定,并提出了相应的修复加固与维护建议,可供同类工程参考。
