　　Fluorescent techniques play critical role in detection,high-throughput screening,imaging for biomolecules and protein,including the field of protein-protein interaction.[1] However,to date,the fluorescent techniques applied to image protein-protein interaction requires conjugating a fluorescent protein as a reportor and the procedure is complex,time-consuming and expensive.
