无偿献血登记表是献血者参加献血的原始资料,真实地记录了献血者从体格检查、血液初筛到采集血液的全过程,是血站档案的重要组成部分。随着医学科学的不断发展,国家对采供血机构的管理越来越规范,特别是对献血记录的要求也日益严格。献血资料档案管理已经成为血站管理工作中非常重要的一个环节。我们多年从事献血登记表的整理归档工作,发现献血登记表存在记录填写有误和漏项的现象,并及时采取了有效的补救措施,较好的规避了血站的风险,维护了献血者的合法权益。
