烯烃的双官能团化反应已经成为现代有机合成中一种重要的方法.1本课题组在该领域作了一些探索.2本文报道了磷自由基参与的几个烯烃双官能团化反应,包括以下内容:1、二苯氧膦在Mn(OAc)3作用下产生磷自由基,该自由基选择性地加成到1,4-二芳基丁烯的2-位,随后发生连续的成环反应得到四氢萘衍生物;2、磷自由基与烯烃在Mn(OAc)3/HOAc条件下发生膦酰化-乙酰化反应,该反应可用于β-乙酰基膦酰衍生物的合成;3、磷自由基与烯烃在Mn(OAc)3/CH3OH条件下发生膦酰化-氧化反应,该反应可用于β-羰基膦酸酯的合成;4、磷自由基与邻取代苯乙烯在Mn(OAc)3/CH3OH条件下发生膦酰化-羟基化反应,该反应可用于β-羟基膦酸酯的合成;5、硝酸银引发产生磷自由基,该自由基启动苯乙烯衍生物发生膦酰化-胺化反应,该反应可用于2-胺基膦酰衍生物的合成;6、醋酸锰引发产生磷自由基,该自由基启动苯乙烯衍生物发生膦酰化-氰基化反应,该反应可用于β-氰基膦酰衍生物的合成.
