在农村地区，镰刀、锄头、杀猪刀、螺纹钢是常见的生产工具和材料，犯罪分子容易获取，用上述四类工具致损伤案件时常发生。根据法医检验经验，就上述四类工具损伤特征谈谈粗浅认识。
所谓三维动态分析判定，一般认为是在认真勘验现场，详尽占有现场情况、车辆毁损、衣着破损、人体损伤全面资料后，运用三维立体动态的分析方法，模拟重建发生事故的过程，以确定当事人所处位置及司乘情况。三维动态分析在摩托车交通事故司乘人员相关问题的司法鉴定中，在认真细致作好现场勘验、详尽占有全面资料的情况下，能很好地解决司乘人员的鉴定。在工作实践中，本研究对这类鉴定应用三维动态分析的方法进行分析判定，效果显著
本文结合一例水中杀人案，就其法医检验及推断进行分析：死者面部十余处皮瓣创，其方向角度不一，损伤非自身可以形成，为他人所致；死者左面部肿胀，散在头皮下出血，口唇部有牙齿衬垫样损伤，双眼睑结合膜有少量出血点，气管内有少量血性泡沫，分析生前有被他人们堵口鼻腔的过程，且造成一定程度的机械性窒息；致命伤位于颈部，较大静脉破裂；通过检验未见死者有生前入水的迹象，考虑死者是被他人移至此处水中。综合以上因素，判定
