高能球磨力化学法回收WPTFE的研究

本文采用高能球磨力化学法回收废旧聚四氟乙烯(WPTFE).采用激光粒度仪、偏光显微镜(POM)及差示扫描量热仪(DSC)研究了研磨溶剂及其研磨时间对WPTFE结构的影响.结果表明:以酒精(95%乙醇)为溶剂研磨WPTFE的效果优于煤油为溶剂的效果,当研磨7h时,采用酒精为溶剂获得的平均粒径和数均分子量分别为22.48um和3.33×105,煤油的则分别为73.33 um和4.57×105;高能球磨对WPTFE存在着明显的力化学降解,当以酒精为溶剂时,随着研磨时间的增加,WPTFE平均粒径逐渐,数均分子量逐渐减小,最佳研磨时间约为7h,超过7h后,WPTFE结构变化不明显.
