随着癌症免疫疗法的兴起,旨在增强患者自身免疫系统以清除肿瘤细胞的抗肿瘤疫苗具有广大应用前景.肿瘤相关MUC1 糖肽被认为是癌症最重要的抗原靶标.然而,由于多肽表位的免疫原性低,不足以引起有效的免疫反应,因此需要引入其他策略来构筑有效的抗肿瘤疫苗分子.
