Introduction:LESS is a novel technique for performing laparoscopic surgery through a single ()tumbilical incision.Methods:We demonstrate the instrumentation and technique for this novel surgical approa() as well as discuss early results.Results:Single incision surgery may offer all of the benefits of standard laparoscop()with reduced post-operative pain,decreased morbidity and improved cosmesis.Improvements in instrumentation,including articulating graspers,scissors,and needle drivers,allow surgeons to perform pyeloplasty through a single incision.
