Corticotropin-releasing hormone (CRH) is implicated in stress-induced neuroplasticity such as synaptic modification.In the present study, we explored the mechanisms underlying CRH modulation of synaptic formation, in particular, the presynaptic component in hippocampus using various models in vitro.
