目的为了保障血液成分制备环节操作流程的顺畅、合理,运行shinow9.0系统严格保证血液成分的质量。方法从血液接收、白细胞过滤、去白悬浮红细胞和血浆的分离、新鲜冰冻血浆和冷沉淀的制备、血浆病毒灭活、洗涤红细胞、浓缩红细胞、合格血液的放行、不合格血液的报废和销毁、血液标签的打印等各个环节对成分科的信息软件模块进行逐一改进升级。结果该系统可使成分科从血液录入、离心、分浆等各个环节实行全过程的计算机管理。为临床输血安全增加了一道关口,完全克服了以前手工干扰因素的影响。
