石臼港是交通部引进外资建设的国家重点工程项目.堆场堆取料机轨道梁是该港10万吨级和2.5万吨级码头工程中的陆域主要建筑物之一,位于港区陆域的前方,有堆取料机轨道梁5条.其中堆料机轨道梁3条,每条长984米取料机轨道梁2条,每条长973米.堆场及轨道梁总长为984米,总宽为230米,见图1.
