一、影响工程造价因素浅析众所周知,近二十年来我国铁路工程造价与建国初期比较,大幅度地成倍增加。当年,在经济技术条件尚不成熟的情况下,穿越崇山峻岭、长约600余公里的鹰厦铁路,每公里造价才50余万元,工期仅三余年。而七十年代修建相同规模的襄渝铁路,每公里造价高达400余万元,工期七、八年。地形不甚困难的兖石铁路每公里造价达300万元。旧线改建工程亦是如此,石太线的电气化技术改造,远期年运输能力可达7000万吨以上,但是120公里(全长235公里)的电化工程总投资近4亿元,平均每公里造价340万元,工期达6年,致使对电化产生望而生畏的误解。
