目的 通过对市区现场捕鼠情况调查,探讨更合理、更有效、更安全的鼠密度调查方法的可行性.方法 笼夜法和夹夜法.结果 市区共布有效鼠夹14582只,捕鼠16只；共布有效鼠笼2411只,捕鼠62只,笼夜法捕鼠效率明显优于夹夜法,X2=274.430,P=0.000.笼夜法和夹夜法在所捕鼠种的构成上基本一致,X2=0.038,P=0.846.结论 建议用笼夜法替代传统的夹夜法作鼠密度监测,避免小孩和宠物被误伤的情况发生,以提高监测工作的质量和安全.
