绿原酸(Chlorogenic acid,CGA)广泛存在于中药材和食物中,具有多种药理活性。研究表明,低浓度CGA可以改善肥胖小鼠和糖尿病小鼠的脂代谢紊乱,高浓度的CGA 反而会促进模型动物的脂堆积。非酒精性脂肪肝(Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease,NAFLD)是指在无过量饮酒史情况下,肝组织学改变类似于酒精性肝病,主要病理特征为肝脂堆积、胰岛素抵抗及脂质过氧化。
从中药发现结构新颖的微量成分，对于全面阐明中药药效物质基础具有重要意义，也可能为新药发现提供先导分子。然而，新成分的发现过程随机性强，效率较低。本研究建立多种中药分析新方法，提高中药化学研究的系统性与目标性，高效发现常用中药的新颖微量成分。
