羊水栓塞(简称AFE,下同),可发生于产时或产后,亦可发生于剖腹产或流产时.流产时的孕龄是AFE死亡的高危因素,妊娠≤12周时没有AFE死亡发生,孕13～15周AFE死亡的危险性随孕月增加而增加,孕21周以上之流产AFE的死亡危险性是孕13～15周的24倍.近年来,随着计划生育工作的广泛开展,在中期引产及大月份钳刮术中合并AFE国内外屡见报道,并引起学者们的关注.我院1981年元月～1986
