学术上企业社会资本是被公认为是企业生存和发展的关键因素之一,很多学者分析和研究了企业社会资本对于企业创业绩效的影响作用,但是这种影响是如何进行的?对于创新型企业这样的初创企业,“如何发生作用”的指导价值将远远大于“是什么”。苏南地区在创业创新方面有一定的引领和代表性,本文访谈和问卷调查270家苏南地区创新型企业,对企业社会资本如何通过企业动态能力的中介作用来影响企业创业绩效进行实证研究。
Academic corporate social capital is recognized as one of the key factors for the survival and development of enterprises. Many scholars have analyzed and studied the influence of corporate social capital on the entrepreneurial performance of enterprises, but how is this impact? For innovative enterprises Such a start-up, “how to play a role ” guiding value will be much greater than “what ”. In southern Jiangsu, there are some leading and representative aspects in entrepreneurship innovation. In this paper, we interviewed and surveyed 270 innovative enterprises in southern Jiangsu province, and conducted empirical research on how corporate social capital affects entrepreneurial performance through the intermediary role of corporate dynamic capabilities.
