临床药师参与心血管疾病合并糖尿病患者的循证药物治疗概述

【摘要】

：

目的为1例心血管疾病合并糖尿病患者制定药物治疗方案.方法根据患者临床状况提出2个问题,通过计算机检索MEDLINE(1975-2013.3)、Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials(2013年第1期)、Cochrane图书馆(2013年第1期),根据所获证据给患者制定药物治疗方案.
