Background Subsequent neutrophil (PMN)-predominant inflammatory response was a predomonant features of VILI, and MSC could improves mice survival model of endotoxin-induced acute lung injury, reduced lung impairs and enhance the repair of VILI.However whether MSC could attenuate the PMN-predomonant inflammatory in the VILI is still unknown.
