The refrigerated centrifuge separation combined with solid phase extraction(SPE) followed by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) method was established for simultaneous determination of seventeen glucocorticoids and twenty-two sex hormones in Cosmetics.The conditions of sample preparation and analysis were optimized in this thesis.The analytes were extracted with acetonitrile by ultrasonic method and purified with refrigerated centrifuge separation coupled solid phase extraction.The linear ranges of analytes were from 2 to 500 μg/L,and the limits of quantity were 10 μg/kg.The developed methods were proved highly sensitive and selective in determining many commercial skin refreshener,skin milk and face cream,thus being suitable for qualitative and quantitative analysis of seventeen glucocorticoids and eleven progestogens in cosmetics.
