Malignant tumor is one of the main diseases that threaten humans health and life. The metastasis and multidrug resistance of tumor cells to chemotherapy agents are the mainly difficult problems in clinical treatment.Recent studies indicate that αvβ3/α5β1 integrin, which plays a key role in tumor-induced angiogenesis and metastasis,is the effective target to design antiangiogenic and anti-metastasis drugs used for treatment tumor[1].It has been shown that αvβ3 and α5β1 antibody,RGD-containing peptides and non-peptide mimetics can inhibit embryonic neovascularization and tumor-induced angiogenesis[2].
