主动血管与肺动脉血管力学特性的差异

目的:研究人肺动脉壁与主动脉壁在不同二维加载条件下的力学响应,并分析其力学性能的异同.方法:利用人血管壁单轴拉伸实验数据确定的4纤维组应变能函数模型中的材料参数,借助于该4纤维组应变能函数模型模拟人主动脉血管壁、肺动脉血管壁对双轴加载的力学响应.结果:给出了人肺动脉壁与主动脉壁的在双轴等位移控制加载和双轴等比例力加载情况下的应力应变曲线.得到了等位移加载状态下,材料在0.15,0.2与0.3应变时的刚度系数并与文献结果进行了对比.结论:基于动脉血管壁的单轴拉伸实验数据可以通过确定材料的4纤维组模型获取血管壁的二维力学响应.
