　　The graphene used in experiment was prepared by utilizing ethylenediamine and hydrazine hydrate reducing the graphene oxide which was prepared by the method of the improved Hummers.The difference size of graphene can be prepared through changing the reducing agent dosage,reducing time and difference reducing agents.
