　　Identification of molecular markers for clear cell renal carcinoma(ccRC)is critical for designing therapeutic modalities.Here,we present a comprehensive landscape of the transcriptome profiles of ccRC and their paired normal counterparts from the Chinese population using RNA-seq.We found that large conductance calcium and voltage activated potassium channel(BK)channels are significantly upregulated in ccRC.β4 presents the most dominant auxiliary subunits of BK channels in ccRCs.

背景 有研究发现，儿童型克罗恩病(CD)较成人型累及肠道更广泛，疾病进程更为凶险，为了检验这一假说，我们从疾病类型与疾病进程等方面对儿童型CD与成人型CD作了比较。方法 收集南方医院在2003至2014年间诊断为克罗恩病的110名患者的病历资料，将他们分为儿童组(发病年龄小于或等于16周岁)及成人组(发病年龄大于17周岁)。根据蒙特列尔分型，比较了两组患者的临床表型及疾病进展的异同。
