  Identification of molecular markers for clear cell renal carcinoma(ccRC)is critical for designing therapeutic modalities.Here,we present a comprehensive landscape of the transcriptome profiles of ccRC and their paired normal counterparts from the Chinese population using RNA-seq.We found that large conductance calcium and voltage activated potassium channel(BK)channels are significantly upregulated in ccRC.β4 presents the most dominant auxiliary subunits of BK channels in ccRCs.
