人们越来越重视由于放化疗对于卵巢功能的损伤、卵巢早衰、卵巢先天发育不良或缺如、病理性卵巢切除及更年期综合征及其带来的后果.当前主要研究卵巢功能保护和保存的两个方面.卵巢功能保护主要有药物干预治疗和卵巢组织异位移殖.保存方法主要有:胚胎冷冻、卵子冷冻、卵巢组织冷冻.相比之下,冷冻卵巢组织在保存生育力及恢复内分泌方面较其他技术具有更大的潜力.目前,卵巢组织冷冻方法包括慢速程序化冷冻和快速玻璃化冷冻,这两种冷冻方法相对成熟,但这两种方法哪个效果更好,国内外还没有统一通用的冷冻方案,存在颇多不同意见.且移植技术及其移植后生殖和内分泌功能的恢复效果也有待提高.综合近年来卵巢组织冷冻保存研究的进展现状,探讨目前存在的问题及应用前景,探讨如何为临床应用提供最佳的冷冻方案.
