　　Mitochondrial respiration rate has long been employed to evaluate mitochondrial dysfunction by measuring dissolved oxygen.However,most of existing sensing strategies merely report extracellular (ec-) or intracellular (ic-) oxygen rather than intra-mitochondrial (im-) oxygen.
