浸入式水口底部结构对结晶器流场的影响

在ANSYS-CFX13.0 软件平台上，采用欧拉－欧拉法，针对各断面连铸结晶器采用不同类型水口的工况，在各拉速条件下分别建立模型进行数值模拟研究，并用现场生产过程的实际液面波动曲线进行了验证.通过研究，我们发现：在1200mm 断面，使用凹型水口时结晶器液面波动较小；在1500mm 及1800mm 断面，使用凹型水口时结晶器液面波动较大.

钢铸界面钢液温降系统诊断与动态预测

传统出钢温度制定存在各工序温降的刚性叠加而导致出钢温度高。通过钢包盖在线测温系统开发，钢包与中间包侧壁、底部埋偶测温，物性参数精确测试，以及基于测温与非定常物性参数的温降模型开发与校核，进行钢铸界面钢液温降系统诊断。最后，提出一套钢液温降在线预测系统，其能够克服钢包上表面散热计算和试验测温数据样本局限性，为班组制定出钢温度提供较为精确的依据。

末端电磁搅拌对LX80铸坯质量的影响

通过试验和模拟研究对大方坯末端电磁搅拌工艺参数进行了优化.数值模拟结果表明,末端电磁搅拌能够降低铸坯液芯的温度梯度,有助于促进铸坯的同时凝固.当电磁搅拌电流为600A,频率为6Hz 时,液芯底端的最大温差约为1.79℃,为无电磁搅拌情况时的49.3％；根据优化结果对电磁搅拌工艺参数进行调整,铸坯的缩孔数目明显减少、最大缩孔直径减小.
