槐耳清膏对肺腺癌细胞增殖、凋亡及相关基因表达的影响

目的:探讨槐耳清膏抑制肺腺癌细胞增殖、促进细胞凋亡的抗肿瘤作用的分子机制.方法:利用CFSE染色法检测槐耳清膏对肺腺癌细胞增殖活性的影响,应用Annexin V-FTTC/PI双染法通过流式细胞术检测槐耳清膏对肺腺癌细胞凋亡的影响,利用western blot检测槐耳清膏对肺腺癌细胞中相关基因表达的影响.结果:槐耳能够明显抑制肺腺癌细胞的增殖、促进细胞凋亡,并且能够抑制相关基因EZH2、β-catenin和bcl-2的表达.结论:槐耳清膏能够显著抑制肺腺癌细胞增殖、促进细胞凋亡,其抗肿瘤作用的分子机制可能是通过EZH2/β-catenin信号通路促进细胞凋亡。
