Objectives To evaluate the predictive value of ST depression in lead AVR for infarcted related arteries (IRA) in inferior wall myocardial infarction (MI) patients.Methods A diagnostic test identified 117 patients with angiographically confirmed left circumflex artery (LCX) or right coronary artery (RCA) as culprit arteries in inferior wall MI.Sensitivity (Se), specificity (Sp), Kappa value and predictive value (PV) of AVR depression predicting were calculated.
