含氮杂环广泛存在于天然产物,药物,材料分子中,因而,它们的合成方法一直备受化学家们的关注[1].近年来,随着过渡金属催化的C-H 键活化反应的快速发展,通过对分子内的C-H 键直接胺化或酰胺化反应来构建C-N 键正逐渐成为更加有效的含氮杂环的合成策略.
