　　In many cases,heat pump systems fail to supply cool air due to refrigerant leakage.It is very important to estimate the refrigerant charge amount(or leak amount)of the heat pump with limited number of sensors in the heat pump system.One method uses air and refrigerant temperature difference in heat exchangers.In this study,we verified the method and optimized the position of the temperature sensors in the heat exchanger to detect the refrigerant leakage more sensitively than the existing method.
