In this talk,we will present some of our recent results on the theory of high order finite volume methods. We will first explain how to construct these schemes. Then we will prove that these schemes have the stability(inf-sup condition)and optimal convergence rates under H1 norm. The superconvergence and L2 norm error estimate will also be discuused in the talk.
