1.引言滚动轴承在回转机械中运转状态好坏,直接影响整机的性能。疲劳破坏是滚动轴承最常见的故障,如何及时准确地诊断出滚动轴承的疲劳故障,一直是设备故障诊断的重要内容。本文提出共振解调法,并据此设计出微机诊断系统,经过试验,它能较好地诊断滚动轴承的疲劳故障。
1. Introduction Rolling bearings operating condition in rotary machinery is good or bad, directly affect the performance of the whole machine. Fatigue damage is the most common failure of rolling bearings, how to diagnose the fatigue failure of rolling bearings timely and accurately has been an important part of the equipment fault diagnosis. In this paper, resonant demodulation method is proposed, and based on which a microcomputer diagnosis system is designed. After testing, it can diagnose the fatigue failure of the rolling bearing.
